Appeals Information

To appeal a vignette fine: submit a written appeal to the relevant Austrian district administrative authority (Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde) within four weeks of the penalty notice. Include your vignette purchase confirmation and vehicle documents. For digital vignette errors, contact ASFINAG customer service first.
